Our Programs

TVTC is an all inclusive endurance training club. We are social, but not a social club. We are a team of athletes with goals, and coaches that help our athletes reach those goals through education, consistency and constant feedback. We welcome beginners. If you are one, we will teach you. If you have been doing triathlons for a year or 2 or even 10, we will help you set new goals, achieve more success, and guide you through any new challenges.

As with anything worth doing, you get out what you put in. When you commit to us, we commit to you. We want you to succeed. We want you to have a good experience training and racing. We provide the map, and you follow it.

Whether you are new to the multisport lifestyle, have done many triathlons, you have 4 or 20 hours a week to train, you want to complete an Ironman or just want to get movin', TVTC has a program for you. We offer a team membership as well as structured, individually based training programs while still being a part of the group!

TVTC has several distinct adult programs that will accommodate everyone:

  1. Triathlon1
  2. Winter Season2
  3. Ironman
  4. Personal
  5. Private Lessons
  6. Welcome to the Team TVTC Experience Package
  7. Cycling Clinic with Olympian Shelley Olds

1 Our tri season runs February through September
2 Our winter camp season runs October through January

Triathlon Membership Types

TVTC offers two levels of memberships for our tri programs. They are the Team and Personal Membership.

We recommend the Team Membership for anyone training for a team/coach supported race, can attend 1-2 practices regularly, and looking for a structured training plan.

We recommend the Personal Membership for anyone that knows individual attention is what they need to stay on task, wants to achieve specific or new race goals, or whose schedule prevents them from attending coached practices regularly.
