Personal Coaching

Our Personal Coaching plan is for you

Get the experience and expertise from a qualified USAT coaching staff that will set up a plan designed specifically for you. We focus your training plan around quality workouts, not just quantity of workouts. We aim to enhance your strengths and improve your areas of improvement in the most efficient manner possible.

We want you to be successful

This is for the athlete tired of coaching themselves. The athlete who may have hit a plateau, can recognize his or her areas of weakness, and is ready to do the work to accomplish specific training and racing goals. We provide you with the map, you do the work! If you have specific race goals, are training for a race that is not on the "team" race schedule, your training times fall outside those of most scheduled team practices, or you just prefer or more personalized plan, our Personal Coaching package is for you.

Coaching Team

Our Personal Coaching is led by Coach Liz and Coach Lael. Coach Liz has been coaching swimming for 20 years and triathlon for nine years. Coach Lael has been playing competitive team sports since age 6 until transitioning to endurance events in 2003. Read more about us on our coaches page.
